The children have now completed their work on our Local Area. They enjoyed their walks around the village looking at the main buildings, the interesting features and the landscape.

  We are now going to do a topic on Ancient Egypt where they will ( with the help of a mummy called SUMANKT!) be looking at how they lived, what their beliefs were and the role of different people in society.

We have now completed our Local Area topic, which we all enjoyed and learned many interesting facts. 

This term`s topic is Wallace and Bruce. Where we will be finding out what role these 2 famous people had in Scotland`s fight for independence from England. There will be lots of battles to find out about, as well as life at that time.
